Before requesting an appointment, please read our scheduling process:

At our clinic, we are dedicated to providing deeply personalized, one-on-one private treatments. To ensure we can focus 100% of our energy and time on your healing—rather than on administrative scheduling—we have streamlined our intake process:

• Intake Form Requirement: We will only respond to appointment inquiries that include a completed intake form.

• Include Your Availability: Please attach your general availability (days and times) when submitting your form. This allows us to get you into the clinic as soon as possible.

• Our Commitment: Once your form and availability are received, we will respond within 24 hours during business days.

• Respecting Time: Because we dedicate a private block of time exclusively to you, we do not tolerate "no-shows" and find it difficult to charge for time when healing didn't happen. We ask that you only book if you are committed to your appointment.
